Lumina Mind Lab designs and builds bespoke AI tools and thought-partner systems tailored to individual clients. Our Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Custom Prompt and Framework Development

• Integration & Practice Guidance

• Strategic and Creative Sparring

• Retainer and Subscription Support (where available)

All Services are delivered in a highly personalised manner based on your specific working style, goals, and context. Each engagement is scoped and agreed upon individually before work commences.
 

3. Engagement and Agreements

Before any Services are delivered, we will agree on the scope of work, timeline, and fees in writing (via email or a separate service agreement). These Terms and Conditions apply to all such engagements unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our sole discretion.

4. Fees and Payment
Fees for Services will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement. Unless stated otherwise:
 

Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Payments must be made in euros (€) by bank transfer.
Late payments may incur interest in accordance with applicable Dutch law.
We reserve the right to suspend delivery of Services in the event of non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property

Our content: All content on this website including text, visuals, design, and methodology  is owned by Lumina Mind Lab or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Deliverables: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment of all applicable fees, you will receive a licence to use the AI tools, prompts, and automations we develop specifically for you. Lumina Mind Lab retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and know-how developed during the engagement for future work with other clients.

Your content: You retain ownership of any materials, data, or information you provide to us. By sharing these with us, you grant us a limited licence to use them solely for the purpose of delivering your Services.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with the utmost discretion. We will not share, sell, or disclose your confidential business information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
We may reference our work together (in anonymised or agreed form) in case studies or promotional materials only with your explicit written approval.

7. AI Tools,  Important disclaimers

Our Services involve the design and integration of AI-powered tools. You acknowledge and agree that: AI tools are not infallible and their outputs should always be reviewed using your own professional judgement.

We do not guarantee specific business results or outcomes from the use of AI tools we build.AI technology evolves rapidly; the performance of tools may change over time due to updates from third-party AI providers.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any AI tools we deliver complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumina Mind Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or Services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with others' use of it. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at any time.
